Our collections are all made as limited editions. Once they are gone it is unlikely we will get more stock.

The Family Discount will get you 10% off your order when buy any 5 or more full priced items. This discount will be automatically applied in the cart.

Returns:

Not 100% happy with your order?  We will be happy to return your item for you. 

Exchanges for other product or store credit incur no fees.

Please note that the cost of shipping the items to you will not be refunded and you will also be charged a restocking fee of $14.95.

 

Returns Sale Items: 

Please choose these items carefully as anything purchased during our Sale Promos can not be returned. If you wish to make a size change of a sale item and we do have that item in stock you are able to do this at a cost of $10 for restocking are re-shipping the item.  Getting the item back to us will also be at your cost.

 

Exchanges: 

To complete an exchange we require you to follow our returns process.  Select store credit as your refund type and you won't be charged the processing fee.  Please note that the original shipping cost if any will not be refunded to you as credit.

 

Please note: returns and exchanges may take up to 1-2 weeks to process. Items must be unworn, have ALL swing tags attached and be received by ISLAKOKO within 30 days of delivery. Please note items will not be accepted back if they show any signs of being used and are not in brand new condition. 

 

Making a Return:

Please head to our Returns Centre to start your return.  You will need your order number (found on your order confirmation email) and the email address you made the order with.

 

Please note that if you choose to return or exchange your order, it is your responsibility to pay for the postage costs of the return.   We advise you to use tracked shipping as ISLAKOKO will not be held responsible for your goods being returned to us.

You will receive an email with the tracking details once your order has been shipped.  You can use the link in this email to keep track of your order. 

You will also have the option to opt into receiving your updates via Facebook Messenger at checkout if you wish.

Our team are super quick at picking and packing your orders after you've placed it, so unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee an immediate swap or cancellation for you. 

If you have changed your mind, accidently ordered the wrong size, or just love something else a little bit more do send us an email with your name and order number to hello@islakoko.com

We will attempt to amend this for you, however if your order has already been sent out this will be processed as per our returns/exchanges policy.

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
