Refund policy

Full Price Item Returns:

Not 100% happy with your order?  We will be happy to return your item for you. You have two options. Refund: Please note that the cost of shipping the items to you will not be refunded and you will be charged a restocking fee of $14.95. Store Credit: You will get a full store credit less your shipping fee if shipping was free. No extra fees will be added for store credit.

Returns Sale Items: 

Please choose these items carefully as anything purchased during our Sale Promos cannot be returned to be refunded. This includes gift-with-purchase offers. The only way you are able to return a sale items is if you wish to make a size change of a sale item and we do have that item in stock you are able to do this at a cost of $14.95 for restocking & re-shipping the item.  Getting the item back to us will also be at your cost.

Exchanges: 

To complete an exchange we require you to follow our returns process.  Select store credit as your refund type and you won't be charged the processing fee.  Please note that the original shipping cost if any will not be refunded to you as credit.

Please note: returns and exchanges may take up to 1-2 weeks to process. Items must be unworn, no smells like washing powders, deoderants or perfumes, have ALL swing tags attached and be received by ISLAKOKO within 21 days of fulfillment. Please note items will not be accepted back if they show any signs of being used and are not in brand new condition.
